Benny Ong, the speaker will share his experience as an investor and how he has been guiding his friends and clients in their investment planning. The speaker also will share what we should do to prepare ourselves for investing in times of crisis?

During 2010, through the active involvement of our committee we have organised the following for members of the financial services community and the public:
1. 47 "Financial Planning" sessions with the newly declared bankrupts.
Financial Planning is a misnomer because Financial Planning is preventive rather than curative. Once an individual gets into financial problem through mismanagement of his finances, ignorance or greed, the need would be more "restructuring" which would be more painful or financial counselling which means a long process and mindset change of what financial freedom means.
